This package includes an assemblage of 13 Silver Claims and a 250 ton per day milling facility in Nevada. In the past 6 years, the parent Company and its predecessors assembled 13 silver-gold projects of merit in Nevada. The parent company completed surface mapping sampling and some drilling to evaluate these properties. A number of these properties were former producers, some with historically reported reserves of up to 2 million oz silver in drill indicated, proven and probable categories. The parent company spent over $6,500,000 on these projects since 2006, prior to transferring the claims, mill and equipment to its subsidiary. The Parent wishes to dispose of the subsidiary and is looking for a Buyer to acquire the subsidiary which has a $5,000,000 future tax benefit.
