JULY - AUGUST  NEWSLETTER

In the last month we have added four new properties to our website offerings, an oil field in North Dakota, a gold mine in Southern California, a sand & gravel quarry in Washington state, and an interesting development opportunity in San Francisco, California.

120,000 acres in the Williston Basin

Advances in horizontal OIL DRILLING technology have opened up huge areas of previously undeveloped Oil Fields. Consequently, the Bakken Formation in North Dakota has become today's version of the California Gold Rush of the 1850s. We currently have access to 120,000 acres of available oil leases in the Williston Basin, with more North Dakota & Texas property to be announced in our website next month. Check it out in our Commodities Portfolio of Natural Resource opportunities.

  Broad Exposure through Digital Ads

We just added a 19th Sand & Gravel Quarry to our Sand Box Portfolio website, a 54 acre permitted quarry in Washington State. Sand & Gravel is a $17 billion dollar business and over the past year we have been developing a Real Estate Marketplace for this industry. Here is a full page digital ad that we are currently running in the Sand & Gravel Association's on-line Magazine. It touches over 70% of the players in the nation's Sand, Gravel & Rock market. Testimony to the commitment we give our clients to provide maximum market exposure of the property they list through us.

What! Gold & Silver Reserves in an old open pit Aggregate Mine?

That's right. The site is currently permitted for an “open pit” aggregate business that is closing up shop and will start the reclamation process in six months. However, once the reclamation plan is initiated, the “open pit” permit will die and it will be extremely difficult to re-permit this property in a timely manner to take advantage of the considerable gold and silver reserves. There is a small window of opportunity to take advantage of a unique situation. This mine has history & geology, and is also featured in our Commodities Portfolio of Natural Resource opportunities.

 SAN FRANCISCO DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

San Francisco is Venture Real Estate Partner's home base, so the City-By-The-Bay is our center of the universe. Here is the first of several opportunities that are based in San Francisco and vicinity. This particular property will soon be an entitled for theater, restaurant, retail, parking and residential units. The Planned Unit Development (PUD) includes the reuse of an existing theatre building, construction of a new mixed-use building, and subsurface parking on an adjoining lot. It is currently in our Joint Venture Portfolio website, so check it out. Also, stay tuned for more San Francisco opportunities to be offered in the upcoming month.

Thanks, until next time...
